Refund PolicyThis Refund Policy explains how subscription payments, cancellations and refund requests are handled for Midnight Range memberships.
Midnight Range provides access to digital software, downloadable products and member resources immediately after payment. Because access is provided instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once membership has been activated.
Membership is billed monthly until cancelled. Your subscription renews automatically on each billing date unless cancelled before the next renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not normally entitle you to a refund for payments already processed.
Refund requests may be considered where required by applicable consumer protection laws or where duplicate or incorrect charges have occurred.
Each request is reviewed individually and any refund granted is entirely at Midnight Range's discretion unless otherwise required by law.
If you believe a payment has been processed incorrectly or have questions regarding your subscription, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
